Kites flting believed that people started flying Kites in China more than 2000 Years ago! One story suggest that a Chines farmer tied a string to his hat to keep it from blowing away in a strong wind,and the first Kite was born! Eventually, Kite Flying spread to Korea and across other parts of Asia to India. Buddhist monks introduced kites to Japan in the 7th century.
